Cluster Mission and Objectives

As a young emerging biocluster, the mission of the Luxembourg BioHealth Cluster is to contribute to build a successful ecosystem   that will attract and retain in Luxembourg biotech companies and laboratories that are active in the biomedical field  and more particularly in molecular diagnostics, whose ability to enter into public-private partnerships will contribute to boosting innovation and economic performance.

The Luxembourg BioHealth Cluster’s mission is therefore articulated around three main objectives :

  • Analyse the Cluster’s ecosystem and support key stakeholders to set up a proactive Action Plan in order to ensure the development of a supportive framework able to attract and retain Biotech companies in Luxembourg
  • Gather local public and private entities under a Cluster umbrella that is capable of generating trust and membership consciousness by engaging all actors, which is the key for successful partnerships
  • Provide a portfolio of added-value activities and services  to support  Cluster members in their daily RDI and/or business challenges and increase their international visibility and attractiveness
